Ryebread, oh my..

Okey okey I cheated, but I wanted to test this add-water-ryebread solution (even though Maor is gonna kill me when he sees this, I'm sorry hunny I know I'm breaking rule #1) BECAUSE in Israel there IS no rye, no dark bread, or anything as chunky as we Danes love it. So, I guess I have to make my own and this will be...fun. ALSO, they don't have tomato-mackerel (!!), but I'm not gonna throw myself at fish-canning just yet. Obviously this was easy - the back of the blue bag tells you what to do BUT you really have to bake it for more than 15 minutes. I ate strawberries while I waited, yumm.

FINALLY after watching both NCIS and Bones the rye was done, and ready to be smothered in jam (homemade by my sweet Aunt Kirsten), yum yum yum what a good day! Later I'm off to COBB with my dear friend and former roomie Anne Buggi (cobb you say? DUH, it's only the king of BBQ and you better believe it)

Uh, another TWO things: 1) remember to wrap the bread in plasticwrapping after cooling 2) I passed my pedagogy-exam yesterday, now I only have one more to go and then I'm HALFWAYS to the BA!

xoxo, hope you're good?

I'm up already and I'm WEALLY nervous that I'm gonna sit there and have nothing to say.

Luckily, my sisters gave me this Bouquet of Spirit Fingers, how lucky am I?

Sweet Love Stories

How did you meet? .....most couples answer this question once in a while, but for Maor and I answering the question has become quite a mission. We NEED people to believe it, we need to CONVINCE THEM in order to get a visa. SO, in our preparations to live in the same country we have been collecting pictures and talked our story through SO many times. I even made an ALBUM that we can give to Misrad Hapnim (the ministry of immigration), and some of my beautiful friends and familymembers have agreed to write letters that says, that we are in fact a REAL COUPLE. Here you have a sneak peek to the story we've collected in pictures and words...

Did you see that beautiful woman at the top?
That's Lisa, she is responsible for a lot of great things in my life and on top of that she is my soulsister.  I'm lucky !

I was visiting this kukibird in Tel Aviv one day in 2008, around let's say wednesday 15th of July (I remember that because I made a heart in my calendar on my way home), and that very night we were wandering around the streets of Florentin looking for a wind to carry us.

Welcome!

Bloggin has begun *dadadadaaam* ..

I'm so happy that you're reading this, and so anxious at the same time. What if I'm boring? What if I don't tell the story right? I really want this blog to make it possible for all my family and friends (and friends to be?) to know what's going on. I can be very bad at emailing, so this will hopefully improve my sharing-skills and also, to be frank, give me an obligation to journal.

This is such an important time of my life, and I'm truly happy and grateful to have YOU right there beside me *loads of kisses*
